Returns All returns must be made within 30 days of order receipt. Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) is required for all returns. Any returns not accompanied by a valid RMA# will not be accepted. Please contact us at email@example.com

Name of purchaser
Email customer service with tracking information.
Any mechanically defective items may only be replaced with the same model and brand of purchase.
All shipping fees are non-refundable on returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee your shipping return.

Please contact our customer service within 48 hours to file a damage report with shipping carrier. Damaged items will be picked up from delivered address upon damage notification. A replacement will be issued immediately following the claim.
